Request deletion of your Planet Carve data

This page explains how to delete data associated with the Android game Planet Carve by Arbib Games (package name com.arbibgames.planetcarve).

How to request deletion

Delete data stored on your device. Uninstall Planet Carve. This removes locally stored game progress, energy, unlocked ships, purchase unlock flags, and audio settings on that device.
Reset advertising identifiers used by ads. On Android go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) and tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID. This stops ad partners from tying future ads to the old ID.
Email us if you want us to confirm deletion of anything we control. Write to eyalarbib@gmail.com with the subject “Planet Carve data deletion”. Include that you are requesting deletion for Planet Carve. We do not run player accounts, so we usually cannot match a request to a named profile; we will still confirm what we hold and delete any copies we control.

What may be kept

Google Play purchase records (for example that you bought a ship or energy refill) are kept by Google according to Google’s privacy policy. Manage or delete Google account data at Google Account data & privacy.
Advertising and analytics data collected by Unity LevelPlay, ironSource, and Unity Ads may be retained by those companies under their own policies. Use Android advertising-ID controls above, and see Unity and ironSource.

Retention

Arbib Games does not keep Planet Carve player profiles on our own servers. We aim to answer deletion emails within 30 days. Third parties (Google, ad partners) follow their own retention periods, which may be longer than 90 days.
